30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Blessed Soul we want the app to genuinely help you read and pray. That is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are not completely satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your initial purchase if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first subscription with Blessed Soul
  • You have not previously received a refund from us

Subscription Plans Covered

Our money-back guarantee applies to all Blessed Soul subscription plans:

  • 3-Day plan: $3.95 USD for three days of full access, then $44.95 USD per month.
  • 7-Day plan: $6.95 USD for seven days of full access, then $44.95 USD per month.
  • 2-Week plan: $8.95 USD for fourteen days of full access, then $44.95 USD per month.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2.Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. 3.Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Automatic Renewals

When your introductory period ends, your subscription converts to a standard monthly subscription at $44.95 USD per month, and renews on the same day each month until you cancel. For renewal charges:

  • Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 7 days of the charge date
  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in either of two ways:
  • From your account: sign in, go to Subscription, and click "Cancel subscription." You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.
  • By email: email contact@blessedsoul.app with the subject "Cancel my subscription" from the address you used to sign up. We'll confirm by reply within one business day.

Additional Refund Circumstances

We also provide refunds for:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization
  • Technical issues: If you experienced significant service disruptions that prevented you from using Blessed Soul

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • The refund request is made after 30 days from the initial purchase
  • You have previously received a refund for an Blessed Soul subscription
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
